How It's Calculated

Cartons per layer = the best-fitting count on the pallet base (checking rotation too); layers = max height ÷ carton height; cartons per pallet = cartons per layer × layers; pallets needed = total cartons ÷ cartons per pallet (rounded up).

Real Example

Example: 40×30×25 cm cartons on a EUR pallet (120×80 cm), max height 180 cm → 8 cartons per layer, 7 layers → 56 cartons per pallet.

Real-world stacking can differ due to stretch-wrap/netting allowance, product fragility, and carrier rules.
