Description of the service

TradeTools Box provides free online calculators, unit converters, Incoterms references, guides and a glossary related to international trade, logistics and business finance. The tools are provided for informational and planning purposes.

Not professional advice

Nothing on TradeTools Box constitutes legal, tax, customs, accounting or financial advice. Duty rates, exchange rates, freight costs and tax rules vary by country and change over time. Always verify figures with official government sources, your customs broker, accountant or another qualified professional before making a business decision.

Accuracy of results

We make a genuine effort to keep formulas, exchange rates and reference data accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every result is error-free or current at the moment you use it. You are responsible for independently verifying any figure before relying on it.

Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account is intended per individual user.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the site's underlying data or code beyond normal browsing.
• Do not attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate another person or organization.

Intellectual property

The TradeTools Box name, logo, design and original written content (including guides, glossary entries and calculator descriptions) are owned by TradeTools Box and may not be copied, redistributed or republished without our prior written permission. This does not restrict your normal use of the tools themselves.
