• Lead requests: name, email, phone number, origin and destination country, cargo type, weight or volume, and any notes you add when requesting a quote from a partner.

• Saved calculations and favorites, if you create a free account.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) collected automatically through Google Analytics, only when analytics is active on the site.

How we use your information

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form or support email.
• To provide account features such as saved calculation history and favorite tools.
• To send newsletter updates only to addresses that have actively subscribed.
• To connect your lead request with a relevant logistics, customs or insurance partner listed on the Partners page.
• To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve tools and content.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics may be used to measure aggregate site usage. It is only active when an analytics ID is configured for the live site.
• Google AdSense may be used to display advertising once the site enables it, and may use cookies to show relevant ads.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (a managed PostgreSQL service) store site data securely on our behalf.
• If you submit a lead request, the relevant details are shared only with the specific partner organization you are requesting a quote from — we do not sell or bulk-share contact data with third parties.

Data retention
