SWIFT Code
SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) code, also called a BIC, is a unique identifier for a bank used to route international wire transfers securely between financial institutions.

To receive an international wire transfer, an exporter shares their bank's SWIFT code along with their IBAN.
