A.TR Movement Certificate
A movement certificate used exclusively for goods in free circulation moving between Turkey and the EU under the Turkey–EU Customs Union, allowing them to move without customs duties.
Example
A Turkish manufacturer shipping finished goods to Germany uses an A.TR certificate so the shipment isn't subject to customs duty within the Customs Union.
